Gwylan is a fox humanoid residing in the forest. They run a shop selling various costumes. They provide hypnoses services for the price of favors. Hypnoses range from help with sleep to help with managing behavior. Favors consist of fetching various ingredients from the forest or grocery store and fetching costumes from other shops. Because of their curious nature, they have extensive knowledge on the history of the town, as well as extensive knowledge on general things.

Their shop and its contents changes based on the visiting customer. It seems to keep customers apart, with no two customers ever running into each other. It is said to be both Gwylan themselves but also be an entity that has the ability to discern things on its own.
